The Kuntech KT‑9028 professional‑grade walnut‑sand carbon deposit cleaning machine is a physical abrasive carbon‑removal device built for direct‑injection engines. It removes heavy carbon buildup via walnut‑shell sand blasting without scratching or harming engine metal surfaces.
Built with full aluminum‑alloy sand tank and aluminum‑alloy spray gun assembly, this machine adopts an internal secondary pressure‑boost structure. Users can freely adjust output pressure and sand‑output flow to satisfy different cleaning scenarios. Designed with swivel casters, the unit can be moved effortlessly inside repair workshops. The sealed sand‑tank structure ensures stable sand supply and greatly reduces the risk of sand clogging.
Multi‑angle spray tubes allow cleaning of hard‑to‑reach areas including intake valve backs, intake ports, combustion chambers and piston tops. Thirteen matching adapters fit most mainstream European, American and Chinese engine intake ports.
**Important Working Notes**: This machine runs on external compressed air. Recommended inlet air pressure: 0.6‑0.8 MPa (6‑8 Bar). An air compressor ≥1.5 kW with air displacement ≥0.8 m³/min and an oil‑water separator for dry air are required. Air compressor and sand‑recovery vacuum cleaner are NOT included. Moist air will cause sand caking and nozzle blockage. Only dedicated walnut‑shell abrasives are allowed; ordinary sand is prohibited.
